Abhishek was born and raised in New Delhi, the national capital of India. His family heritage is from Kerela – situated at the southernmost tip of India and also is the home of the Ayurveda. He finished his schooling in Rishikesh & Varanasi, and began studying yoga in 2005. While he was in Varasani he met Swami Anil whose teachings on Ashtanga Yoga Philosophy inspired him to use yoga not just as a means to meditate or improve physically, but for the genuine transformation of the heart and soul. Shortly thereafter he began teaching yoga in Varanasi and other parts of India.
In 2010 he moved to the U.S. where he continued to teach and study yoga until 2015, then he moved back to India to follow their dreams to live in the Himalayas. He now teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa in Rishikesh. Abhishek works actively against human trafficking and uses yoga to help people heal and uplift their quality of life.
Deepti is a gifted teacher with experience of over 10 years following the path of spirituality and yoga. She is known for her amazing class presentations and making the students discover the calmness with yoga during her sessions.
She was born and raised in Rishikesh and has studied Masters in yoga. She has been an exponent in the field of Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Kriya Yoga. Deepti brings with her a rich and diverse experience of teaching yoga across many institutes and ashrams. She was associated with Ananda in the Himalyas from 2007 – 2014 as a yoga instructor and was instrumental in taking the resort to the conveted No. 1 Spa property in the world.She is married and lives in Delhi with her husband and actively conducts corporate workshops and visits Rishiskesh regularly for teaching yoga.
Sushant’s family upbringing and schooling took place in Bihar, before commencing his journey of yoga in 1997 as a postgraduate student of Yoga Psychology in Bihar Yoga Bharati (Deemed University).
Sushant is a postgraduate in Yoga Psychology, from the World renowned Bihar Yoga Bharati (Deemed University) and worked as a Lecturer there in the same department for four years. As a lecturer in the university he was actively involved in conducting both theoretical as well as practical classes, supervising the research projects and dissertations of undergraduate and postgraduate students of yoga.
Sushant has a very profound understanding of both practical and theoretical aspects of yogic traditions. He is a very spontaneous and skillful teacher of Hatha yoga, meditation and relaxation. In 2010 he was recognized as the Spa Professional of the Year by prestigious Spa Finder magazine.
Currently Sushant is based in Russia and conducts Yoga retreats and workshops globally.
